Cavendell Capital Ltd was founded by Giles Refoy, whose career in financial services spans nearly fifteen years across structured finance, private credit, and global distribution.
Having built a group of companies active in regulated funds, private credit, private placements, commercial real estate, and luxury property, Giles offers a broad perspective on how capital is structured, distributed, and governed across markets. One of the group entities operates under formal regulatory authorisation, a reflection of the compliance standards that have always shaped his approach.
Over the years, he has represented and distributed specialist financial products internationally, working alongside fund managers, institutions, and family offices. That experience, developing and refining effective frameworks across global markets, is the foundation of Cavendell’s philosophy today.
